DXCC Cards and Awards Verification

Brian Keegan KP2HC of St Croix is our local ARRL appointed DXCC Card Checker. Brian can “field check” cards and submit your applications for all DXCC awards and endorsements other than 160 Meters. He can also perform the duties of an ARRL HF Awards manager which means he can check cards and submit your applications for Worked All States (WAS), Worked All Continents (WAC), VHF/UHF Century Club (VUCC), and the IARU Region 2 awards.

A major advantage of using the field card checking program is once Brian has confirmed your cards they do not have to be sent to the ARRL. They are returned to you and Brian need send only your application and the appropriate fees to the League. This reduces the risk of your QSL cards, many of which you probably worked very hard to obtain, from being lost between the Territory and ARRL HQ.

QSL cards and applications for review and submittal can be presented to Brian in person, or arrangements can be made for him to receive them by mail. Do not send a package without first contacting him to confirm what you need to send and how it should be sent. This is very important as it could save all parties involved a lot of time and frustration.
