Incoming QSL Bureau

The U.S. Virgin Islands ARRL section maintains it's own incoming QSL bureau managed by Ann Keegan, KP2YL. QSL bureaus from other countries (including the U.S.) will send QSLs destined to the U.S. Virgin Islands, to Ann, who will distribute them to the various amateurs in the Virgin Islands. In order for local amateurs to retrieve their cards through the bureau, they need to contact Ann to make arrangements for delivery.The postal address for the incoming qsl bureau is P.O.
