Incoming QSL Bureau

The U.S. Virgin Islands ARRL section maintains it's own incoming QSL bureau managed by Paul Jordan NP2JF. QSL bureaus from other countries (including the U.S.) will send QSLs destined to the U.S. Virgin Islands, to Paul, who will distribute them to the various amateurs in the Virgin Islands. In order for local amateurs to retrieve their cards through the bureau, they either need to have an envelope (with postage) on file with Paul or make some other arrangement with him to get their cards. Paul normally distributes the cards on St. John or St. Thomas himself. St. Croix hams need to make arrangements directly with Paul with regard to obtaining their cards from him. This involves furnishing Paul with the appropriate postage to ship the cards from St. John to St. Croix via the post office.
