Virgin Islands Section ReportsFor many years, one of the duties of the ARRL section manager was to write a column that would appear in the "section news" area of QST. It is here where you would find items of local interest so that those who used to live in the section or who otherwise had an interest in section happenings could keep up on local news and events. Well, times change and due to increased costs of publication and other financial burdens, the Board of Directors for the ARRL has decided to remove the section news from the pages of QST. In anticipation of this, the ARRL webmaster made parts of the ARRL website available to the section managers so that they could access the site and make changes and updates directly.
